Eligibility for Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in unused, unworn, and original condition, with all original packaging and materials included.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Eligible returns will receive a full refund to the original form of payment once the item has been received and inspected.

  • Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval.

How to Request a Return

  • To initiate a return, please e-mail us at ehlkeco@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items, custom or personalized pieces, and items marked “non-returnable” are not eligible for returns.
