Eligibility for Returns
Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in unused, unworn, and original condition, with all original packaging and materials included.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Eligible returns will receive a full refund to the original form of payment once the item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please e-mail us at ehlkeco@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, custom or personalized pieces, and items marked “non-returnable” are not eligible for returns.
